File Requirements

Ads arriving on disk should be saved as PDFs certified for CMYK printing using the PDF/X-4:2007 or 2008 preset or as Adobe Illustrator compatible eps (with fonts converted to outlines) or as a tiff file with a resolution of at least 300 dpi (600 dpi is preferred to maintain quality of type). All spot colors must be converted to a CMYK blend. A Laser proof should be provided to ensure accuracy of final printing.

Media Requirements and How to send files

CDs are acceptable. We can receive files up to 6 MB in size via Email (ggohlke@rhpa.org). Larger files can be uploaded to our FTP server (ftp://shared.rhpa.org). User name: ads, password: adv, and then please send an email to ggohlke@rhpa.org noting the file name and where it has been placed.
